NBC 2026 Part F Compliant
System Overview
Automatic Fire Sprinkler Systems provide continuous, unattended protection. When hot gases from a fire reach the thermal bulb element (typically 68°C or 79°C), the bulb shatters, releasing a uniform water spray pattern directly onto the fire seat, quenching it before escalation.
Safe Tech engineers wet pipe, dry pipe, deluge, and pre-action sprinkler systems conforming to Part F of the National Building Code of India. Installations integrate with minimum 2,25,000-liter dedicated water reservoirs to feed hydrants and sprinklers simultaneously.
